EXTENSION AND REFURBISHMENT
A rear extension into the garden, creating a new open-plan kitchen, dining and living space in Bromley.
This project extended the house further into the garden to make room for an open-plan kitchen, dining and relaxation area. It was built over the winter months, which meant a lot of hard work in wet weather. The result is an airy, modern room that we believe will be enjoyed for years. Great memories and wonderful clients.
Builders in Bromley
Egidos are builders working across Bromley and south-east London, from our base in Sundridge, near Sevenoaks. Since 2016 we have carried out house extensions, refurbishments, kitchens, bathrooms, structural alterations and joinery for homeowners in Bromley, Beckenham, Chislehurst, Orpington, Hayes, Keston and West Wickham.
We design as well as build. Our interior design service covers layouts, finishes, joinery detailing and lighting, so the scheme and the build sit under one roof and one programme, with nothing lost between the drawing and the site. Where you already have an architect or designer, we build to their drawings and specification.
Each project runs under one contract and one programme, and we coordinate with your structural engineer and building control from the start, so you know what is happening each week and when your home will be back to normal.
