Sunningdale, Berkshire
NEW BUILD, EXTENSION & FIT-OUT
It was great to be a part of this large project and work with many exceptionally skilled and proficient people.
A large residential project in Sunningdale, on the Surrey and Berkshire border, covering new build, extension and fit-out. The house was extended and built out, then fitted out to a high standard throughout, with our team working alongside a wide group of other trades and specialists.
Projects on this scale live or die on coordination: sequencing who is on site and when, keeping the programme honest week by week, and holding the standard of work steady across every trade, from groundworks and structure through to the final finishes. It was a pleasure to be part of, and to work with so many exceptionally skilled and proficient people.
Building contractors in Surrey and Berkshire
Egidos work across Surrey, Berkshire, Kent and London, on projects from single rooms to whole houses. Since 2016 we have carried out new build, extensions, full refurbishments, structural alterations, kitchens, bathrooms and bespoke joinery for private clients, and worked as part of larger teams on bigger schemes.
We take on work in Sunningdale, Ascot, Virginia Water, Windsor, Weybridge, Esher, Cobham and the surrounding villages, and run every project under one contract and one programme, so there is one person accountable for the schedule and one point of contact for you.
We design as well as build. Our interior design service covers layouts, finishes, joinery detailing and lighting, so the scheme and the build sit under one roof, with nothing lost between the drawing and the site. Where you already have an architect or designer, we build to their drawings and specification.
